Highland Archaeology Services Ltd has been established by John Wood, formerly Regional archaeologist for the Scottish Highlands.  John has been a full member of the Institute of Field Archaeologists for over 20 years and is also a member of ICOMOS UK, the Association for Heritage Interpretation, and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland.  He has a track record of promoting professional standards and Codes of Practice.  The company is also able to draw on the expertise of other highly skilled and qualified field archaeologists and specialists.
